Target users and needs
I ran workshops and interviews to understand the challenges developers and designers were facing.
First user journeys and test screens
After completing our research, we built a first workflow concept for the software, developed in sprints.
The idea was to familiarize users with the tools they already knew:
"Ideate" for the designer and references
"Data" for docs, web links, and the app's key principles
"Design" for drawing the interface and interactions
"Code" for connecting data to components and customizing them
First mobile apps generated with the solution
With the restaurant industry as our target, I designed: :
An app and its customizable template for people ordering meals
The design system and UX of the generated apps
A complete order and product management app for restaurant owners
Views of the order and product management app for restaurant owners.
View of the meal-ordering app for end users, with customizable colors and image
First premium results with the builder
We then used the builder tool to digitize the Qualité & co restaurant brand into a real-time ordering and information app!
I handled the UX flows, the app interface, testing, and the showcase website.
Complete design of the Q&co app for corporate restaurants and their employees.
We redesigned the builder to produce complex native apps
50% of Android/iOS apps built directly by and for designers
Full design of the final app's user journeys and interfaces
First complex results with the builder
We made it possible for the builder to generate multi-version templates and handle backend integration for various types of businesses.
B2B booking app
UX and UI for a B2B app for business travelers booking hotel rooms during their trips.
B2C pharmacy app, multi-vendor
Designing multi-brand features for the app and building wireframes
App design system for generic templating
Development follow-up
Graphic styling of the app based on the client's brand guidelines
Over 200 apps generated in 2 years
